Repair & Reset

  • Before

A patio with large gray stone pavers, surrounded by green bushes and trees, with wooden outdoor furniture including benches, chairs, and planters.
  • After

Outdoor patio area with two wooden benches and a small wooden table, surrounded by bushes and trees, adjacent to a gravel walkway, with residential buildings in the background.

About the reset and repair process:

Uneven walkway? Patio pavers heaving, sinking, or drifting apart? Loose stones in an old wall?
These issues can be corrected! The solution isn’t always to tear it out and start new. We take pride in solving these problems and giving your old hardscape features new life.  Contact us and we’ll schedule a site visit.  During the visit, we will identify the cause of the issue and determine the next steps to solve it and prevent future complications.

Hardscape Cleaning

About the hardscape cleaning process:

Dirty patio? Stone walls covered in moss and lichen? Grill grease staining pavers?  Call City Stone to help! We clean it all.

Organic material such as algae, mold, moss, and lichen love to grow on hardscapes — particularly in shady areas. Our solutions are tailored to each surface, be it brick, concrete, or natural stone.  Pressure washing, while very useful in certain applications, isn’t always the answer for natural stone.  The high-pressure stream of water can etch or damage some hardscape surfaces.  In these instances, we will clean your natural stone by hand using brushes, gentle cleaning compounds, and considerable elbow grease.

We clean all natural stone, as well as brick and concrete.  We remove organic material, including:

  • Mold

  • Algae

  • Lichen

  • Moss

  • Berries and other organic staining

In addition to organics, we also clean to remove dirt, grime, and any food/grease stains from a grill.

Our cleaning solutions are safe for pets, people, and the surrounding landscape.  Different problems require different solutions, and we will devise a plan tailored to your property and individual needs.
